Spring Chef's Dinner
Join us for an exclusive Chef Dinner with Guest Chef Adam and Chef Maja - enjoy a chef curated menu and thoughtful wine pairings for a multi course meal. Italian Fine Dining Experience with Guest Chef Adam Pawlak
December 7th & 8th, 2023 at 5pm
Join us for the highly anticipated Winter collaboration dinner with elite Chef Adam Pawlak, of Milwaukee’s acclaimed Egg & Flour, and Season 19 of Hell’s Kitchen with Chef Gordon Ramsay. This 6 course fine dining pasta experience includes expertly paired wines and a welcome reception over a communal table in the beautiful atmosphere of Bootleggers Lodge.

Award winning, Michelin-starred Chef Håkan Thörnström collaborates with Bootleggers Lodge local Chef Maja Holcomb to bring a Nordic twist to Lake Nokomis in Tomahawk, Wisconsin.
Join us for a first-of-its-kind Culinary Experience in the Northwoods, as Chef Maja’s Wisconsin-sourced ingredients are styled by Chef Håkan’s long-standing Nordic traditions in fine dining. This seasonal 7 Course Nordic dinner with wine pairings will whisk you away to an epicurean Nordic dreamland.

About Chef Håkan Thörnström
Globally renowned, Thörnström's claim to fame was his long standing restaurant in Göteborg, Sweden, Thörnström's Kök, which opened in 1997 and held a Michelin star from 2011 until 2021. Håkan has been the designated Nobel Prize Dinner chef, cooked for the royal family of Sweden, been seen on international television, cooking competitions and documentaries. Thörnström thrives with the art of cuisine in constant development.
The Wine Dinner
After our previously sold out wine dinner that ended in a standing ovation,Bootleggers Lodge and Breakthru Beverage present our second Wine Dinner, featuring award winning wines from J. Lohr Vineyards. Curated by fine wine specialists and Chef Maja Holcomb, we welcome you to expand your palette with a seasonal five course dinner and indulge in expertly paired wines. The event will begin with a cheese tasting reception and glass of Wildflower Valdique, with dinner seating at 6pm.
Discounted purchases of wine from J. Lohr Vineyards can be made at the end of the night.
